Soldiers opened fire on villagers in Tuol Prech Commune in Kandal province in southern Cambodia after about 300 blocked a road to stop a bulldozer from destroying their rice field. Sources said the government planned to use the land for military purposes and as a garbage disposal site. Radio Free Asia reports in this YouTube video.
