Lord Jesus, exorcise the demon of caste and colour from people and cultures that all human beings may experience the love of your heavenly Father as His equal children and as brothers and sisters. We make this prayer through the intercession of Saint Katharine Drexel who lived for the Black Americans and the Natives. Amen.
Living a Christian life takes courage. However, we need not search for it. We have it. Each Sunday when we join the community of disciples we take the greatest risk, that of meeting the Lord.
