Satellites reveal Uyghur religious sites disappearing June 12, 2019

Satellite images show there are at least 30 ‘erased’ religious sites in China’s Xinjiang region. 
Communist officials have denied any demolitions took place.
The vanishing places of worship are seen as a part of the increasing pressure Chinese authorities have placed on Uyghurs and other ethnic minorities in the region.
