Pakistan Caritas assists drought affected villages October 08, 2018

Two years of no rain have left the farmers in the hilly areas of Gadap Town in Karachi with bone-dry fields.

The region remains one of the most neglected areas by the provincial and city governments. It has no electricity, gas or mobile phone coverage.

According to Caritas Pakistan, hundreds of livestock have died from lack of food over the past few months.
