Yangon Catholics prepare for cathedral’s centenary

MYANMAR: Archbishop Charles Bo of Yangon has urged parishioners, religious congregations and clergy in the diocese to conduct perpetual adoration in preparation for the centenary celebration of St. Mary’s Cathedral. Parishes and religious congregations in the archdiocese are assigned to conduct the adoration under a fixed program starting from January until December. The 100th year celebration will be held on Dec. 8 with a nine-day novena. MY12955.1637
