PAKISTAN: About 500 Catholics, Hindus and others attended on Jan. 16 the funeral service for Mehboob Sada, director of the Ecumenical Christian Study Center in Rawalpindi. “He ventured in difficult circumstances with a positive thought. This made him very famous among minorities,” said Bishop Rufin Anthony of Islamabad-Rawalpindi. Sada died of leukemia on Jan. 13 at the age of 63 after having served the Ecumenical Christian Study Center for 24 years. PA12872.1637
