Kim Jong-un apologizes for killing of South Korean

In a rare apology by the secretive state, North Korea sent a formal letter to Seoul conveying Kim Jong-un’s message that he felt “very sorry” for “disappointing” South Korean President Moon Jae-in. Moon is facing intense political pressure over the incident, which coincided with a renewed push for policy to engage Pyongyang. Al Jazeera's Rob McBride reports in this YouTube video.
