Philippines search operations for landslide victims continue September 19, 2018

Philippine authorities continue the search for bodies and possible survivors of a landslide in the northern province of Benguet.

Over a dozen corpses have been recovered from the mud and debris in the mining town of Itogon, but up to 65 people are believed buried alive.

A hillside in the Cordillera range collapsed on bunkers used by small-scale miners and their families after a mountain slope gave way due to heavy rains on Sept. 15.
