Cardinal Stephen Chow, 63, became Hong Kong’s ninth bishop in December 2021 and was created a cardinal by Pope Francis in September this year.
Chow celebrated a Mass of thanksgiving for his elevation to the rank of cardinal, at 3 pm local time on Nov. 4 in the diocese’s Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Hong Kong.
