The heart relic of St. Camillus de Lellis, patron saint of the sick, doctors, and nurses, is in the Philippines for a two-month visit.
In several places, queues of people have lined streets outside churches waiting to have a glimpse of the relic and offer their prayers.
St. Camillus was a priest confessor and a miracle worker who treated and cared for the sick.
He established the Ministers of the Sick known as the Camillians, a religious congregation.
