Apostolic Administrator: Father Aloysius Sudarso, SCI

Aloysius Sudarso was born in Yogyakarta on Dec. 12, 1945. He was ordained on Dec. 14, 1972 and was appointed Auxiliary Bishop on Nov. 17, 1993. He was appointed Titular Bishop of Bavagaliana on Nov. 17, 1993. His episcopal ordination as Titular Bishop of Bavagaliana was on March 25, 1994. He was appointed Bishop of Palembang on May 20, 1997 and then Archbishop of Palembang on July 2003. He still serves as Archbishop of Palembang until now. He was appointed Apostolic Administrator of Tanjung Karang on July 6, 2012.
