Bishop Harsono was born in Bogor on January 18, 1966 and ordained as a priest of Bogor on February 5, 1995.
After attending the Stella Maris Minor Seminary of Bogor, he completed his philosophical and theological studies at the Catholic University of Bandung. He was ordained priest on Feb. 5, 1995, for Bogor diocese.
On 14 July, 2018 Pope Francis appointed him bishop of Purwokerto, Indonesia.
