Bishop Vincent Mar Paulos was born on Jan. 22, 1964, Kumarankudy Village near Thiruvattar in the district of Kanyakumari.

He was ordained priest on Jan 2, 1991. He was appointed bishop of Marthandom on Jan 25, 2010, ordained on Mar 13, 2010, and was installed on Mar 14, 2010.
