Paul Ling Jiansen was born on May 6, 1964, and was ordained priest on December 8, 1991. Father Ling Jiansen was elected the Bishop of the Diocese of Jiangmen in November 2009. His ordination as Bishop of Jiangmen was held on March 30, 2011.
