Bishop Lei Jiapei was born in June 1970 and ordained a priest in 1995. He was elected as a bishop candidate in 2010, but Vatican has not appoved, but appointed him as Administrator of Xichang in 2015.
On 2016 appointed Bishop of Xichang and consecrated on 02.12.2016 in Xichang by consecrator Fang Xing Yao.
