Since 1980s, the diocese has established 20 clinics, of which three are major ones: Renqiu comprehensive clinic, Xianxian Dongshuangtan clinic and Zhouzhuang clinic.
The Renqiu clinic is mainly for eye patients but it provides services including pediatrics and Chinese medicine. It is served by more than 30 medical staff, mostly nuns and laypeople. The other two provide similar medical services.

Handicapped children home:
St. Joseph's Handicapped Children Home:It is located at Renqiu village. It was founded in 1993. There are 32 staff members, mostly members of St. Teresa's Service Group, taking care of the 86 handicapped children. The service group is formed by single women who are dedicated to serve the Church.

Homes for the aged:
Our Lady of Lourdes Home for the Aged :It was opened in 1997. There is a big orchard. More than 40 elderly are residing there. The novices of the convent serve in the home.
