More flooding for storm victims

Hundreds of victims of December’s killer floods in Mindanao were subjected to more flooding yesterday when water rose knee-deep in the tented village where they are staying. Around 200 families in newly installed tents in Cagayan de Oro had to be relocated. They had previously taken shelter for almost a month at a school after the December 16 devastation wrought by tropical storm Washi. The families were brought to the tent city on February 1.
