Mindanao people welcome peace deal

Muslims, Christians and tribal people of Mindanao welcome a historic peace deal between the government and Moro rebels that ended four decades of conflict that killed thousands of ordinary people. UCA News reporter Joe Torres joined the Mindanaoan people outside the presidential palace in Manila.
