German donors visit tribal diocese
Reaching Mymensingh on March 13, the team met with diocesan commission and local Caritas officials.
They also visited activities of the Small Christian Communities in a new parish.
The donors were given an informal reception in traditional tribal manner at the bishop’s house in the town yesterday.
“We are happy to see the life and activities of the Church and promise to continue supporting the poor and needy people in Mymensingh,” said Anne Knorzer, an official from German donor agency Missio.
