On October 15, 2013, the island of Bohol suffered a devastating 7.2-magnitude earthquake that killed more than 200 people, leveled centuries-old churches and left hundreds of thousands without homes, water or food. One year on, residents are slowly rebuilding their lives but the visible and emotional scars remain.
