Government helps with local net access
Local government and a pastoral center in East Nusa Tenggara province got together recently to build an internet cafe for people in Atambua diocese so they no longer have to go to the regional capital Atambua to use the net.
The pastoral center’s head Father Leo Edel Asuk acknowledged that the local Church has maintained good relations with the local government for the sake of people’s welfare.
“The service of communication and information will really help the diocese,” he said.
