Youth rally provides platform for Christian unity
More than 700 people attended an annual youth rally on evangelization over the weekend in an event organized by the Archdiocese of Lahore.
Participants of the event, held on December 17, spoke on minority issues and efforts to achieve unity among Christian communites.
Father Ashraf Gill, director of Catholic Youth Ministry in the archdiocese, said the theme of the event was evangelization and unity.
“We provided them a platform where people from different parishes and backgrounds can build one community and exchange ideas on common problems including unemployment,” he said.
