A Pakistani Christian woman accused of blaspheming against Islam and condemned to death has collaborated with a French journalist to tell her story, reports Zenit.

The plight of Asia Bibi has brought international attention, with even Pope Benedict speaking out on her behalf.

With journalist Anne Isabelle Tollet, Bibi has authored “Blasphème” (Blasphemy), which was released this week in Lisbon, Portugal.

The Catholic charity Aid to the Church in Need, which collaborated in the publication, described the book as “an impressive account of this Pakistani who for two years has awaited the order to be hanged, simply for having dared to share a glass of water with other women.”

In the first place I would like to thank Ms. Anne Isabelle Tollet to support Asia Bibi with the publication of the Book “Blaspheme”.
At the same time I would like to draw the attention of the International community viz, United nations, the governments of The United States of America, Great Britain, France, Germany,China, India, Brazil and The Vatican to force down the government of Pakistan to release Asia Bibi immediately and renounce the Blasphemy Acts 295 A,B & C.

    God bless Asia Bibi !!!

Is it the time of modern civilization ? Where are the powered nations ? Is it not shame if they can’t save Asia Bibi ? Pakistani minorities are in danger by the blasphemy. Is it not harmful then Osama Bin Laden ? or present Gaddafi ?
